Our couriers usually deliver Monday to Friday between 9am - 2pm. Saturday and Sunday or holidays are not classed as business days. Upon delivery they will requested a signature from you. If you're not in when our couriers first try to deliver, they will try a second time. At the second try our courier will leave a card with a contact number, which you have to call, in order to arrange a redelivery of your order. You can also specify a safe place for your parcel to be left with. This can be at your work, a particular friend or neighbour. Just add these instructions clearly in the space provided on the checkout page.
Also you can specify shipping and billing address in your personal CAPRICHO account. Please note that shipping and billing adress can be different and you can modify these details anytime you want.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS

REFUSED SHIPMENTS
If you refuse a shipment from CAPRICHO, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to CAPRICHO. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. Additionally we will mark it in an internal list.

DUTIES & TAXES
All import duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. These costs will NOT be carried by CAPRICHO. The duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country. This cost vary from country to country. When orders shipped from Spain reach your destination country they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Therefore please contact your local customs office for any question related to these delays, customs charges or others.

CURRENCY CONVERSIONS
All prices listed on our site are in Euro, and charged in Euro. The bank that has issued your credit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will pay.

PRE-ORDERS
If you do not want to miss our special items you can do a PRE ORDER. The delivery date stated on the product page is estimated. We are unable to guarantee delivery dates for pre-order items due to unforeseen delays by the manufacturers. Your credit card will be charged with the full amount once you place the order. If for some reason we cannot fill your order due to an inventory or manufacturing error, we will inform you via mail and cancel your order and do a full refund within 24/48 hours. We will accept cancellations on pre-order items, but only for online credits that can be used on future purchases at CAPRICHO.
Giftcards and Coupon Codes can be applied to pre-order items.

ORDER PROCESSING INFORMATION
- Orders placed from Monday to Friday before 3pm (CET) will leave our warehouse at the same day. - Orders placed from Monday to Friday after 3pm will leave our warehouse the next following day. - Orders placed on weekend will begin processing on the following Monday. - Orders placed on holiday will begin processing on the next following business day.
- DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS, OR HOLIDAYS.

CAPRICHO will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have ordered is currently out of stock due to an inventory error or unforeseen delays by manufacturers. Although we make every effort, but indeed the item you ordered is out of stock, you will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours via email. If you ordered more than one item, your other item will be shipped and the item that is out of stock will be canceled off your order.
Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as in your shipping confirmation.

 

ORDERING & PAYMENT

CHECKING OUT
The checkout involves 3 simple steps: Shipping, Payment, and Accept the order.

Step 1
Once clicking the Check Out button in your shopping cart, you will be asked to either sign-in to your account or if you don ́t have an account yet with us you need to fill in all your personal details to create your account. If you prefer to buy at CAPRICHO without having an account, you can do so.
If you have an account you will need to select your shipping adress and billing adress. Please note that shipping adress and billing adress can be different. This is very useful when you do a present to a friend, or just when you would like to receive your parcel in a different place than your usual home adress.

Step 2
Next choose which payment method you would like to use for your delivery. On the Payment screen, you will see your order total as well as gift cards or coupon codes applied to your account. Also you will find a box where you can enter some additional notes, for example in case you need the parcel to be left in a special hour of the day. After filling in all required fields just click submit order to go to the final step.

Step 3
To complete your order, simply confirm by reviewing the order totals and entering your payment information. We accept Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Debito, MasterCard, American Express credit card payments as well as PayPal payments. Then click just the Accept button. Upon completion, you will receive via email a detailed order confirmation of your purchased items.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
After submitting your order you will be redirected to CC gateway secure site, where you will be prompted to enter the necessary CC info. When you finish your transaction, please press Finish (Continue) button to return back to the shop. In case you need any help regardingly, please contact your own bank.

MODIFICATIONS OR CANCELLATIONS

USING COUPON CODES
When you are in the Check Out process you will find a box, where you will have to enter the promotional code and press the button right beside. The amount of the coupon code will be deducted automatically from your total purchasing value.

USING GIFT CARDS
When you are in the Check Out process you will find a box, where you will have to enter the gift card verification code and press the button right beside. The amount of the gift card will be deducted automatically from your total purchasing value.

If you just want to check the amount or the status of your gift card, sign into your CAPRICHO account and click on GIFT CARDS; After entering your verification code into the box and confirming by clicking submit, you will be able to see the actual status of your gift card.

ITEMS AVAILABILITY
At CAPRICHO we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via email. Any changes will be reflected in your order confirmation as well as in your shipping confirmation.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

RETURN ITEM
We want you to be happy with your Purchase!
Take up to 7 days of receipt of the items to change your mind. If you want to return your item, you need to inform us via email within 7 days. The exchange limit is 30 days from the purchase date.
All returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed with the tags attached and packed in original packaging. Items that do not meet these criteria are non-returnable and will be denied. CAPRICHO will not accept any item returned with obvious signs of wear.
All shoes may be returned or exchanged for another size or a store credit as long as not worn and they are returned in the original shoe box. The original shoe box is not to be used as the means of return shipment, but it must be returned inside another shipping box. If original shoe box is damaged or not returned we will not accept the item for return and will return to the customer at their expense by charging the original credit card used for purchase.
Your parcel includes a Return form, which you need to fill in clearly and in readable letters. Please send this form back to us together with the merchandise.

EXCHANGE ITEM
Items brought from CAPRICHO may be changed for another size or colour if available, meeting the same criterias as explained above.
Please indicate on your Return form clearly that you are exchanging the item. For exchanges, please indicate the desired model/size. We also recommend placing your exchange on hold with customer service so it does not sell out while we await your package. Just call us or send an email with your order number and the item/size you would like on hold.

DAMAGED ITEM
Our Quality Control department is checking carefully each item before sending out to you. But if there should be still any claim for damaged or defective merchandise it must be made within 24 hours of receipt of the merchandise to our Customer Care department at info@cap-richo.com.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
All items purchased on Sale, Underwear, Swimwear and Vintage clothing cannot be returned or exchanged.

REFUND
Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days). Original shipping charges are non-refundable and will be dedcuted from your refund.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES WITHIN EUROPE
If you decide to return or refuse any shipments from CAPRICHO within Europe, except Spain, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (both on the original and return shipments), and also for the cost of returning the package to CAPRICHO. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise credit.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. OBJECTIVE

These general buying and selling conditions (known as "General Conditions") regulate the buying and selling online of the products offered by CAPRICHO STYLE, S.C.P. (CIF: J65618852) under the brand name CAPRICHO (known as "CAPRICHO STYLE, S.C.P. ") through the online store shown on the website www.cap-richo.com and that generate a request (known as "Purchase Order").

2. ATTATCHMENT TO GENERAL CONDITONS

To generate a purchase order expresses the full acceptance, without reservations, to all of the General Conditions, which are indicated in the box "I accept the general conditions and the privacy policy" of the Client Registry.

3. ORDERS

The purchase orders can only be requested through the internet website www.cap-richo.com, and should be correctly filled out with all of the required information in order to easily indentify the author of the order. Once the purchase order is received, CAPRICHO STYLE, S.C.P. will send you an email confirming the Purchase Order.
We inform you that the Purchase Order and the process of the Client Directory, registers the IP address of the internet connection from which it is carried out. The IP address will only be used as evidence in case of possible credit card fraud and/or false claims or in case of judicial request and according to the personal information protection rules.
The order will be filled only and exclusively on the web of www.cap-richo.com. Once the order has been made, a confirmation message will appear with all of the order's information. The Client will also receive an email will the specific details of the order as well the estimated day of arrival.
CAPRICHO STYLE, S.C.P. reserves the right in order to guarantee the quality of service, the right to not fill an order if all of the information is not given on the purchase order and/or about the purchaser, identity information, forms of payment or whatever other type of fraudulence, error or incomplete information.

4. METHOD OF PAYMENT

The Price of the products includes the value added tax and is paid by the method chosen by the client through those available at the moment and that will be show on the screen. The methods of available reoccurring payment are:

1) By Credit or Debit Card:
This form of payment is immediate and completely secure.
CAPRICHO STYLE, S.C.P. excludes all responsibility in relation to the confidentiality and security of the information given by the client with the payment of their electronic credit card purchases, as the said information is not found exclusively in control of CAPRICHO STYLE, S.C.P.

5. SHIPMENT COST

The shipping costs of products to the address, indicated by the Client, are under the responsibility of CAPRICHO STYLE, S.C.P. and it is understood that it will be included in the final price of the product for shipments in Spain.
For foreign shipments, the shipping cost will be added and itemized in the invoice or receipt.

6. PRODUCT DELIVERY

The estimated time of delivery for each order will be indicated in the email sent by CAPRICHO STYLE, S.C.P., confirming the receipt of the order. CAPRICHO STYLE, S.C.P. will deliver the order within a maximum of 48 hours business days after the day the order is confirmed. If the product is not in stock or the delivery takes longer than promised, CAPRICHO STYLE, S.C.P. will inform the client in an email of the new delivery time.

7. PERFECTION OF THE CONTRACT

The confirmation email sent by CAPRICHO STYLE, S.C.P. will contain the details of the transaction such as the type of product, quantity, price, and cost of estimated time of delivery, and with these conditions binding the offer.
The purchaser's payment assumes the acceptance of this offer and the perfection of contract, requiring CAPRICHO STYLE, S.C.P. to fulfill with the stipulation in the contract and being thereafter, both seller and buyer, owners of the mutual obligations and rights caused by this contract.

8. RESPONSIBILITY FOR DELIVERY

CAPRICHO STYLE, S.C.P. will remain free from fulfilling expected delivery obligations and decline all responsibility in the following circumstances:
a/ Total or partial non-payment by the Client accompanied with the Purchase Order.
b/ Lack of or inaccurate information that, according to Clause 3, should have been provided by the client on the Purchase Order at the time the order was submitted.

9. RIGHTS OF WITHDRAWAL

The client is informed that in agreement with the Spanish legislation, the client has the right to withdrawal according to the law in the present condition.
The Client may freely withdrawal from the contract within seven (7) business days of an accepted order, counting from the day of delivery. The date on the authorized receipt of the delivery will be considered when calculating the time period of seven (7) days.
In order to exercise the right to withdrawal, each item sent must be accompanied by the document of withdrawal that should be filled out and signed by the Client and sent with the product. The cost of the delivery of the product to the address below indicated will be paid by the client.
The amount paid by the client will be returned to the client in a maximum of 30 days from the time of the withdrawal.
The client should return the product within a maximum of thirty days from the time they exercised their right to withdrawal. If the product is not in possession of CAPRICHO STYLE, S.C.P. in this time frame, the Client loses its right to withdrawal and the company will not reimburse the amount paid. In the case that the product arrives to the indicated return address past the time frame indicated, CAPRICHO STYLE, S.C.P. will return the product to the client postage due.
CAPRICHO STYLE, S.C.P. will return the amount paid by the client to the client minus the amount corresponding to the delivery cost.
If as a result of the return of the product CAPRICHO STYLE, S.C.P. has to pay custom fees, the amount returned to the client will be reduced in such amount.
The client is responsible for the cost of returning a product. The product should be in the same conditions as it was received. In no case is the right to withdrawal allowed with products that have been used or opened by the BUYER. The seller does not accept returns sent with charges due or cash on delivery.
Swimwear and bikinis are excluded from the right to withdrawal.

10. GUARANTEE

All of the products offered by CAPRICHO STYLE, S.C.P. are subject to the manufacturer guarantee, which are applied by the law. Products received are not guaranteed once they have been returned by the client with exterior deterioration, accident, etc or are damaged due to misuse or improper use.
In order to exercise the right of guarantee, the client should previously contact us and let us know of the manufacturer defect, indicating the order number.
Our customer service team will indicate the address where one should turn in the defected product in its original packaging and with all of its contents.
In effectively treating a manufacturer defect, the product will be fixed or exchanged for one that is the same as long as it is in stock. The cost of returning the defective product will be assumed by CAPRICHO STYLE, S.C.P.
In the case of no defect in a product, the product will be at the disposition of the client in the address where it has been delivered previously for its approval, for pick up, in person or by the delivery that the client choses. In no case will CAPRICHO STYLE, S.C.P. assume the cost of the return of a product to the client.
